How do I add phones and numbers
for new employees?

Dial the GroveLine MT customer service desk and ask for a new phone to be shipped. Upon arrival, plug the phone into the existing network jack - and you're done!
The phone is preconfigured.

Does all of my voice service go down if the
Internet access goes down?

Yes, just the same as if your voice lines go down.
GroveLine MT DOES give you the ability to forward each phone number immediately to any functional number.

What telecom taxes and fees apply to
this service?

At this time, no taxes or fees apply except for 3% federal tax and state taxes in certain states. No PICC, No Universal Service Fund, No End User Common Line (EUCL) Charges.

How do I move an employees phone from
one office to another?

Unplug the phone from the old location's network jack and plug it into the new one - you're done! All the employee's features will remain the same.
